We thank you for your interest in our association and would like to make sure that you feel secure with regards to your personal data when visiting our website. Protecting your private data is something we take very seriously.  Compliance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are matter of fact for us.

Personal data
Personal data is data pertaining to your identity. This includes information such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. It is not necessary to reveal any personal information in order to use our website. However, in certain cases we do require your name and address as well as additional information in order to perform the desired services.?This is the case, for example, when sending you information material or answering individual questions. We will advise you whenever this is necessary. Furthermore we only store and process data that you voluntarily provide to us, where applicable, data that we automatically collect when you visit our websites (e.g. your IP address and the names of the pages you visit, the browser you use and your operating system, date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files).

Purpose for personal data
Of course we respect your choice that your personal data is for our use only. We will not sell your personal information to third parties nor market it elsewhere.

Purpose flimitation
We will only collect, process or disclose personal data supplied by you online for the purposes disclosed to you. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your personal consent.
The collection of personal data and its disclosure to authorized state institutions and authorities will only occur within the framework of relevant laws or if we are required to do so by a court decision. Our employees and appointed service providers are obliged to observe confidentiality and to adhere to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.

Data that is collected automatically when you visit our website
For organisational and technical reasons, when using our website, the following data is stored: the names of the pages you visit, the browser you use and your operating system, date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files and your IP address.

We only analyse this technical data for statistical purposes in order to further optimise our web presence and to make our online content even more attractive. This data is stored separately from other personal information on secure systems and does not permit any conclusions to be drawn on individual persons. 

Google-Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are placed on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the United States. We reserve the right to modify our security and data protection measures to the extent necessitated by technological developments. In these cases, we will update our data protection policy accordingly. Please read the most current version of our data protection policy.

If you use external links offered on our website, this data protection policy does not apply to these links. We do not have any influence on the compliance with data protection and security regulations by other vendors. Please inform yourself on the websites of other providers about their own data protection declarations.
