On behalf of the Total E-Quality association, a jury evaluates the application documents and decides whether the award is granted or not.
The decisive criteria is for the organisation to achieve a successful balance between economic requirements and the interests of the employees by employing a suitable human resources strategy to achieve equal opportunity. In the evaluation of the applications, the jury takes the individual conditions of the organisations into account.
The award is granted for three years. Thereafter, a new award will be given if the renewed application confirms continued success on the way to equal opportunity or clearly demonstrates the sustainability of the implemented strategy.
